Y\u00f6nerge, hakemlerin ve edit\u00f6r ekibinin de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinde izlemesi gereken kurallar\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><p><strong>1. Ama\u00e7 ve Kapsam<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bu y\u00f6nerge, kongremize g\u00f6nderilen bildirilerin akademik kalitesini art\u0131rmak ve de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinin tutarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li><li>Hakem de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcreci, bildirilerin bilimsel katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, y\u00f6ntemsel yeterlili\u011fini ve yaz\u0131m kalitesini analiz etmeyi ama\u00e7lar.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><p><strong>2. De\u011ferlendirme S\u00fcrecinin \u0130lkeleri<\/strong><\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\"><li><strong>\u00c7ift K\u00f6r Hakemlik:<\/strong><br \/><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hakemlerin ve yazarlar\u0131n kimlik bilgileri gizli tutulur.<\/li><li>Bu ilke, de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinin tarafs\u0131z ve adil bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesini sa\u011flar.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>\u015eeffafl\u0131k:<\/strong><br \/><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hakemlerin geri bildirimleri yazarlarla payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r ve revizyon s\u00fcre\u00e7leri detayl\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131r.<\/li><li>Nihai kararlar, hakem raporlar\u0131 ve kongre edit\u00f6r ekibinin de\u011ferlendirmesi sonucunda al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Etik ve Tarafs\u0131zl\u0131k:<\/strong><br \/><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hakemler, de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinde ki\u015fisel veya kurumsal \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>Hakemler, de\u011ferlendirilen bildirilerle ilgili herhangi bir \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 kongre edit\u00f6r ekibine bildirmelidir.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><p><strong>3. Hakemlerin G\u00f6rev ve Sorumluluklar\u0131<\/strong><\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\"><li><strong>Bilimsel De\u011ferlendirme:<\/strong><br \/><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hakemler, bildirilerin \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, y\u00f6ntemsel yeterlili\u011fini ve bilimsel katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 analiz etmelidir.<\/li><li>De\u011ferlendirme \u015fu kriterlere g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r:<br \/><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00d6zg\u00fcnl\u00fck ve yenilik<\/li><li>Y\u00f6ntemin do\u011frulu\u011fu ve uygulanabilirli\u011fi<\/li><li>Bulgular\u0131n netli\u011fi ve sunumu<\/li><li>Tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n literat\u00fcrle uyumu<\/li><li>Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n katk\u0131s\u0131 ve \u00f6neriler<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Hakemlerin kullanaca\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme formu, sistem \u00fczerinden sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. Formda belirtilen kriterlere g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131lmal\u0131 ve her bir kriter i\u00e7in puanlama ile birlikte detayl\u0131 geri bildirim verilmelidir.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Geri Bildirim:<\/strong><br \/><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hakemler, ele\u015ftiri ve \u00f6nerilerini yap\u0131c\u0131 ve a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde belirtmelidir.<\/li><li>Yazarlar\u0131n \u00f6nerilen de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri anlayabilmesi i\u00e7in somut ve detayl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Zaman\u0131nda Teslim:<\/strong><br \/><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hakemler, de\u011ferlendirmelerini kongrenin belirtti\u011fi s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde (7 g\u00fcn) tamamlamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Gizlilik:<\/strong><br \/><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hakemler, bildirilerde yer alan verileri ve bilgileri gizli tutmal\u0131 ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraflarla payla\u015fmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><p><strong>4. De\u011ferlendirme S\u00fcrecinin \u0130\u015fleyi\u015fi<\/strong><\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\"><li><strong>\u00d6n De\u011ferlendirme:<\/strong><br \/><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bildiriler, kongre edit\u00f6r ekibi taraf\u0131ndan \u015fekil ve i\u00e7erik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6n de\u011ferlendirmeye tabi tutulur.
