Studies that fall outside the scope of the congress, lack sufficient scientific quality,\n                or are found ethically inappropriate may be excluded from the review process.\n              <\/p>\n            <\/section>\n\n            <section id=\"en-submission-system\" class=\"ihsc-section\">\n              <h3><span class=\"ihsc-number\">2<\/span>Submission System<\/h3>\n              <p>\n                Paper submissions will be received online through the CMT system. Submissions sent by e-mail will not\n                be included in the review process.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Authors are responsible for entering all required information in the CMT system completely, accurately,\n                and up to date. The title, abstract, keywords, author details, affiliation information, country,\n                ORCID information, and subject areas must be entered correctly.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                The information entered into the CMT system may be used for the peer review process, congress program,\n                acceptance letters, certificates, and proceedings preparation. Therefore, authors are responsible for\n                incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.\n              <\/p>\n            <\/section>\n\n            <section id=\"en-paper-types\" class=\"ihsc-section\">\n              <h3><span class=\"ihsc-number\">3<\/span>Paper Types<\/h3>\n              <p>The following types of submissions may be submitted to the congress:<\/p>\n              <ul>\n                <li>Abstract paper<\/li>\n                <li>Full paper<\/li>\n                <li>Oral presentation<\/li>\n                <li>Poster presentation<\/li>\n              <\/ul>\n              <p>\n                Abstracts must be entered into the relevant fields in the CMT system. No separate Word file is required\n                for abstract submission.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Authors who wish to submit a full paper must prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the official\n                Full Paper Template provided by the congress.\n              <\/p>\n            <\/section>\n\n            <section id=\"en-abstract\" class=\"ihsc-section\">\n              <h3><span class=\"ihsc-number\">4<\/span>Abstract Preparation Principles<\/h3>\n              <p>\n                The abstract should clearly present the aim, method, main findings, originality, and scientific\n                contribution of the study.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                The abstract should not include tables, figures, references, footnotes, acknowledgements, or information\n                that may reveal the identity of the authors.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Abstracts should be written in a clear, coherent, and academic style. The topic, method, and contribution\n                of the study should be clearly identifiable in the abstract.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Keywords reflecting the content of the study must be added for each submission. Keywords should represent\n                the main concepts, method, and subject area of the study.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Abstracts must be submitted in accordance with the word limit and fields specified in the CMT system.\n              <\/p>\n            <\/section>\n\n            <section id=\"en-full-paper\" class=\"ihsc-section\">\n              <h3><span class=\"ihsc-number\">5<\/span>Full Paper Preparation Principles<\/h3>\n              <p>\n                Authors whose abstracts are accepted and who wish to submit a full paper must prepare their manuscripts\n                in accordance with the official Full Paper Template provided by the congress.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>Full papers are generally expected to include the following sections:<\/p>\n              <ul>\n                <li>Title<\/li>\n                <li>Author information<\/li>\n                <li>Affiliation and country information<\/li>\n                <li>ORCID information<\/li>\n                <li>Abstract and keywords<\/li>\n                <li>Introduction, method, findings, discussion, and conclusion<\/li>\n                <li>Declarations<\/li>\n                <li>References<\/li>\n              <\/ul>\n              <p>\n                Section headings may be adapted according to the type of study. Language, writing, and referencing errors may negatively affect the review process.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                In order to increase international visibility, it is important that titles, abstracts, keywords,\n                author affiliations, and reference information are presented in a standardized, accurate, and complete\n                manner.\n              <\/p>\n            <\/section>\n\n            <section id=\"en-orcid\" class=\"ihsc-section\">\n              <h3><span class=\"ihsc-number\">7<\/span>Author Information and ORCID<\/h3>\n              <p>\n                The full name, affiliation, country, e-mail address, and ORCID information of all authors must be\n                entered correctly into the system.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Since ORCID is a key researcher identifier that enables the accurate international identification of\n                authors, all authors are expected to provide their ORCID information.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                The corresponding author is responsible for the accuracy of the author list, approval of the author\n                order by all authors, confirmation that all authors have seen the final version of the study, and the\n                complete submission of required declarations.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Only individuals who have made a meaningful academic contribution to the study should be listed as\n                authors. Adding individuals who did not contribute to the study or excluding contributors from the\n                author list is considered an ethical violation.\n              <\/p>\n            <\/section>\n\n            <section id=\"en-review\" class=\"ihsc-section\">\n              <h3><span class=\"ihsc-number\">8<\/span>Peer Review Process<\/h3>\n              <p>Submitted papers undergo preliminary screening and scientific review.<\/p>\n              <p>\n                During preliminary screening, submissions may be checked for relevance to the congress scope, completeness\n                of CMT submission, compliance with basic academic standards, ethical declaration requirements, and any\n                elements that may reveal author identity.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>Papers that pass preliminary screening are included in the scientific review process.<\/p>\n              <p>During scientific review, papers are generally evaluated according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n              <ul>\n                <li>Relevance to the congress scope<\/li>\n                <li>Originality and scientific contribution<\/li>\n                <li>Theoretical or practical value<\/li>\n                <li>Methodological adequacy<\/li>\n                <li>Clarity of findings<\/li>\n                <li>Consistency of discussion and conclusions<\/li>\n                <li>Adequacy of references<\/li>\n                <li>Compliance with ethical principles<\/li>\n                <li>Academic writing quality<\/li>\n              <\/ul>\n              <p>\n                As a result of the review process, papers may receive an acceptance, rejection, or revision decision.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                The congress management and scientific committee reserve the right to exclude studies that are found\n                scientifically or ethically inappropriate.\n              <\/p>\n            <\/section>\n\n            <section id=\"en-blind-review\" class=\"ihsc-section\">\n              <h3><span class=\"ihsc-number\">9<\/span>Blind Review and Impartiality<\/h3>\n              <p>The review process is based on impartiality, academic integrity, and confidentiality.<\/p>\n              <p>\n                To ensure a proper blind review process, authors should not include information in review files that\n                directly or indirectly reveals their identity.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Reviewers should evaluate submissions only on the basis of scientific quality, methodological adequacy,\n                originality, ethical compliance, and academic contribution.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Reviewers and committee members should not take part in the review process of papers for which they\n                have a conflict of interest.\n              <\/p>\n            <\/section>\n\n            <section id=\"en-ethics\" class=\"ihsc-section\">\n              <h3><span class=\"ihsc-number\">10<\/span>Ethical Principles<\/h3>\n              <p>\n                Authors acknowledge that their submitted work complies with the principles of scientific research and\n                publication ethics.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Studies involving human participants, patients, students, clinical data, personal data, experimental\n                procedures, fieldwork, or any research requiring ethical approval must have obtained the necessary ethics\n                committee approval.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                For studies requiring ethics committee approval, the name of the committee, decision date, and decision\n                number must be clearly stated in the full paper.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                In studies requiring informed consent, it must be stated that consent was obtained from participants or\n                their legal representatives.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Personal data, patient information, images, clinical records, and sensitive data must be used in accordance\n                with relevant legal regulations and ethical principles.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Studies suspected of ethical violations may be removed from the review process. If an ethical violation\n                is detected after review or publication, the relevant paper may be withdrawn.\n              <\/p>\n            <\/section>\n\n            <section id=\"en-plagiarism\" class=\"ihsc-section\">\n              <h3><span class=\"ihsc-number\">11<\/span>Plagiarism and Similarity Policy<\/h3>\n              <p>Submitted papers must be original and must not have been previously published in the same form.<\/p>\n              <p>\n                Ideas, methods, data, expressions, tables, figures, scales, images, or findings taken from another work\n                must be used with proper citation.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, misleading authorship, uncited quotation,\n                and unethical similarity are not accepted.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                The congress management may check submissions for similarity when necessary. Works with unethical\n                similarity may be excluded from evaluation or removed from the publication process.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                The similarity rate alone is not the sole criterion for a final decision. The nature, source, scope, and\n                ethical implications of similarity may be evaluated by the scientific committee.\n              <\/p>\n            <\/section>\n\n            <section id=\"en-ai\" class=\"ihsc-section\">\n              <h3><span class=\"ihsc-number\">12<\/span>Artificial Intelligence Use Policy<\/h3>\n              <p>\n                AI-supported tools may be used in a limited manner for language editing, proofreading, translation support,\n                formatting improvement, or improving textual clarity.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>AI tools cannot be listed as authors.<\/p>\n              <p>\n                Authors are fully responsible for the scientific content, accuracy, references, methodology, data analysis,\n                ethical compliance, and conclusions of their work.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                If AI-supported tools have been used for content generation, translation, analysis, image generation, or\n                text production, this must be clearly stated in the relevant declaration section.\n              <\/p>\n              <p>\n                Authors must not use AI-generated information without verification and must not include non-existent\n                references, unverified claims, or fabricated citations.\n              <\/p>\n
