- After your paper is accepted, you can pay the registration fee.
- June 5, 2025, is the final day for payment of the participation fee.
- The participant “Name-Surname & Notification Code” information should be included in the explanation part of the bank receipt.

Congress participation fee
- It is $100/€100 for each paper.
- It is 3000 TL for participants from Turkey.
- It is 2000 TL for members of the Academic Studies group.
- The Certificate of Participation can be downloaded from the system after the presentation.
- All abstracts will be published in the conference abstract book, and there are opportunities for publication in SCOPUS, TRDizin, and international journals.
- Our congress is designed to be indexed in WoS. All processes will be conducted accordingly, and an application will be submitted to WoS.
